Spain: Small Plane Makes Emergency Landing on Road in Tenerife

A small plane made an emergency landing on a public road near Amarilla Golf in San Miguel de Abona, southern Tenerife, Spain, at around 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 4. The aircraft, carrying an instructor and a student on a training flight, was forced to land after experiencing technical difficulties. Both occupants were taken to hospital but neither suffered serious injuries.
